We have received a few questions pertaining to paying assessments through the Woodhaven Lakes app. Here’s a quick “how-to” to navigate through the payment portal when using the app.

A few quick notes:

  • you DO NOT have to register an account through the “Owners” button/Members page of the website, the payment portal is separate from our website registration/log in
  • you DO NOT have to register an account through the portal, you may “check out” as a guest
  • the convenience fee for credit/debit cards and e-checks are the same on the website as they are for phone payments: credit/debit = 3.25%  |  e-check/check over the phone = ½% + $0.35
    • -the portal will calculate this for you, but if you’d like to know the fee before entering the information:  If you are making a $100 payment by card> 100.00 x 0.0325 = $3.25 fee

                if you are making a $100 payment by check> 100.00 x 0.005 = $0.50, plus $0.35 = $0.85 fee

**mailed checks, or checks written in person do NOT carry a fee, only e-checks or over the phone checks

From the home screen of the Woodhaven Lakes app, click “Pay Assessment”

You’ll be redirected to the Assessment page on the Woodhaven Lakes website. Scroll down to “New Payment Portal” and click “Make a Payment.”

You may either pay as a guest (click “Add Bill” and follow prompts) or Log In/Register by clicking the gray menu button.

To Log In/Register, after clicking the gray menu button, click the blue “Log In” button.

Now you have two options: Sign In or Register. If you have already created an account with our NEW portal, simply enter your email and password.
To Register: you must click on “Register – you will then be shown the fields to register an account as well as password requirements.
Once you have completed Sign in or Register, proceed to “Add Bill.” As previously noted in Woodhaven News and website, you may “Add Bill” for each lot you own, and process one payment. For the original Payment Portal instruction post, click here
