CONTRACTOR DIRECTORY

  • The contractors that are listed with Woodhaven Association have current insurance on file and have a permit to perform work on Woodhaven property. 
  • Contractors are required to abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth by the Association. 
  • THE ASSOCIATION CANNOT GUARANTEE NOR BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK DONE OR AGREEMENTS MADE BETWEEN THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR. 
  • It is recommended that Property Owners request a detailed written contract with the contractor before any work is done or payment is made. 
  • The Association in no way recommends one contractor over another; we are merely stating which contractors have met their requirements with Woodhaven Association.
