The Association is offering up 2 vehicles from the retired Maintenance fleet for sealed bid auction. Vehicles being auctioned are a 1993 Ford F 250 and a 2010 Chevy Colorado, both are offered “as is” and can be viewed in the Family Center parking lot during the duration of the auction.
Bids are being accepted from Property Owner(s) of Record only, as listed on the deed. Bidding will open April 1 and end at noon on April 30. Bid packets can be requested beginning April 1 at 8:30 a.m. from the Association Office. Sealed bids must be submitted on official bid sheets to be accepted.
