Woodhaven Association Budget Hearing
11/11/2023 – 2 p.m. at the Rec Plex
All interested Owners are encouraged to attend the Budget Hearing in person to ask questions and/or participate in the Budget Process.
The proposed Assessments for FY 2024-2025 are to remain the same as the current year assessments; $1,495 on lots with sewer service and $1,375 on lots without sewer service.
Owners who cannot attend in person, but would be like to participate in the Budget Hearing can contact the Association Office to register and request a Zoom invitation (or request access through this link: https://form.jotform.com/223114682950151 ). Woodhaven will be recording the Budget Hearing and a copy will be available for Membership review in the days following the hearing.
Board Meetings scheduled for November 14th and December 12th at the Northern Illinois Campus in Naperville will provide additional opportunities for input from Owners on the budget process. Members are also encouraged to use the Speak-Up Sheet Program to correspond with any comments, concerns, or suggestions about the Association’s Budget.
