Woodhaven Lakes is a private, gated recreational property owner resort located in the heart of North Central Illinois, just two hours west of Chicago.
Our 1,756 acres of woodlands, lakes and prairies provide a spectacular natural setting for relaxing with family and friends. Woodhaven offers seven lakes for fishing. There are 15 miles of natural trails for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
Two pools and a beach provide a great way for families to relax and cool off during the hot summer months. Our year-round recreation staff provides structured recreation programs and services throughout the year.
Wildlife is abundant at Woodhaven and it’s very common to see deer frolicking through the prairies during all seasons.
We believe you have to experience Woodhaven to fully understand what we can offer to you and your family. WOODHAVEN ASSOCIATION is seeking to fill the following full-time equivalent position: Janitor - keeps Woodhaven's facilities and grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Cleaning buildings, emptying trash receptacles, replenishing supplies and identify and report minor or major repair issues at buildings. This position works summer holidays, and some weekends. Woodhaven Association offers an excellent benefits package.

The Woodhaven Lake shoreline renovation is under way. Solitude is working hard on restoring the shoreline to prevent erosion from occurring. They are scheduled to be completed by the end of this week. The area that is being renovated spans from the boat rental to the corner by the Family Center playground.
