2019 is upon us, and while it may seem Woodhaven is in hibernation during the winter months, staff and volunteers are already gearing up for this upcoming year’s fun. A key project underway with the Communications Committee is the Property Owner Survey. Why is this survey so important? Quite simply, it’s important for us to know who you are, demographically speaking, as Woodhaven Property Owners; how you use the property and what services and programs you value. This information is used to help us develop and fine-tune programs and services to better service the needs of you and your family and to help us better focus our marketing efforts to future Property Owners. Updated demographic information about our Property Owners is woefully overdue as we have not done a full survey in more than 10 years. We were scheduled to complete a Property Owner survey in 2015, unfortunately other priorities came to the forefront that year.
I would ask that you please take the time to fill out this survey, because having a strong response rate will provide a more accurate and statistically sound report on our demographics. Survey details will be further discussed and finalized at the January 2019 Board meeting. The goal is to distribute the survey during late winter or early spring and The Communications Committee plans on offering two options to complete the survey – a digital online option along with a traditional paper and mail-in method. Once the survey is completed and compiled, results will be posted on the password protected portion of the Association website.
