- The contractors that are listed with Woodhaven Association have current insurance on file and have a permit to perform work on Woodhaven property.
- Contractors are required to abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth by the Association.
- THE ASSOCIATION CANNOT GUARANTEE NOR BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK DONE OR AGREEMENTS MADE BETWEEN THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR.
- It is recommended that Property Owners request a detailed written contract with the contractor before any work is done or payment is made.
- The Association in no way recommends one contractor over another; we are merely stating which contractors have met their requirements with Woodhaven Association.

I have used Steve’s expertise on scooter repairs in the past. His customer service is amazing. I called him with an issue today and he helped without hesitation. Had me back on the road in a few minutes. Call him for all your scooter needs. You will thank me later. Be Blessed!
We just recently used Steve for a few upgrades in our park model. He converted a new gas range/stove to LP, installed a new ceiling fan and light fixture that we had some troubles with. We highly recommend him.
Steve went above and beyond this week. I have been having issues with my ice bear moped for a year and a
half. My moped was picked up from my lot, the carburetor rebuild, and then moped was returned to my lot in a very timely manner. It runs like a charm now, and I have been riding it all over Woodhaven!! This is my first dealing with Steve, but I certainly would recommend him and his crew for anything that needs to be done!
Steve is the man, I had a problem with my water heater he came to help me in crutches because he broke his foot.
He helped me when I was in need. He went to go get the part for me in Sterling cause I pulled my back out and was in horrific pain. He hobbled to fix the problem for me. Steve will help anyone and is very reliable,his service is outstanding.
He even took me to the pharmacy in Amboy to get something for my back.
Five star service call him for your services in everything.
