It is recommended that Property Owners request a detailed written contract with the contractor before any work is done or payment is made.
The Association in no way recommends one contractor over another; we are merely stating which contractors have met their requirements with Woodhaven Association.

Chris w/ C&N was very prompt returning our call, very professional, C&N installed a metal roof and his crew did an excellent job, C&N stands behind there work. We have used them for various jobs and have been satisfied, and highly recommend them. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars.

Chris is the best. He worked tirelessly and several days to figure out what was wrong with our trailer’s AC. He never gave up. He provided options to correct the issue and explained with so much patience about what happened. His work was done so professionally that you could not tell where the work was completed. He did not compromise the aesthetics of the inside. And, he left our trailer so clean after his work was complete that you could not tell anyone was there.

Chris is awesome. He redid our entire park model. He turned it from 1980’s to modern and cozy. This is a one stop shop. He does EVERYTHING. They painted, put in my floors, gutted my bathroom, new ac, washer dryer and even extended one of the walls in one of the bedrooms to make it bigger. Very honest and always calls or text you back right away. So happy we decided to use him. The guys on his team are all great. Thanks Chris!

We can’t say enough great things about Chris and his Company. We have used him a lot of times through the years. He and his folks are top notch! He answered our call after an electric problem after 10p recently. He shows up when he says he will, is very knowledgeable and prompt. He fixes things the first time and does it right. A+ service. He is a man of integrity and we would be proud to call him friend!
