I want to start this message with some good news. This Woodhaven News will be arriving at your residence around the first weekend in April, which means we are all ready to return to Woodhaven for the season. I know we are all anxious to open up. 

The Board has been busy the last few months. We have spent a lot of time and discussions working on a few rule changes. Hopefully, these changes will go into effect in the last part of April or the beginning of May. The first one was the change to allow larger shed sizes. The details about that change are covered in last month’s Woodhaven News. The discussion about the use of e-bikes went on for multiple meetings. The Board has asked staff to publish the rule change for e-bikes in this issue. The Board would like any ideas concerning this change to be sent to us using Speak Up sheets.

I want to thank the Board of Directors and our management staff for all the hard work they did researching and discussing the change.

The event calendars are available in the Association Office, so feel free to stop by and pick one up. There are again some great events and bands scheduled this year.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again enjoying their time at Woodhaven.
