Welcome to
WOODHAVEN LAKES
Woodhaven Lakes is a private, gated recreational property owner resort located in the heart of North Central Illinois, just two hours west of Chicago.
Our 1,756 acres of woodlands, lakes and prairies provide a spectacular natural setting for relaxing with family and friends. Woodhaven offers seven lakes for fishing. There are 15 miles of natural trails for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
Two pools and a beach provide a great way for families to relax and cool off during the hot summer months. Our year-round recreation staff provides structured recreation programs and services throughout the year.
Wildlife is abundant at Woodhaven and it’s very common to see deer frolicking through the prairies during all seasons.
We believe you have to experience Woodhaven to fully understand what we can offer to you and your family. Good evening! The Association is aware of a contractor leaving advertisements on lots today; ESAC has already begun addressing the situation. Thank you to those who notified us. ... See MoreSee Less
Do you have a website page for contractors
Thank you !
I agree, they need to remove anything they distributed
How did they get on the property to disperse advertisement in the first place?
The list of all contractors is in the association building. And most likely any other info you may need. They are helpful.
lol 😂
There should be penalties for trespassing.
Maybe they owe them money and trying to collect.
I think they should have to come back and pick up all of their trash!
New Memorial Tree Program!
With Spring just beginning we want to bring our NEW MEMORIAL TREE program into full bloom! Since the sun has set on the memorial benches, we want to shed some light on the new and improved program. While we all know we have lost a few trees over the years due to disease and mother nature, this program is designed to help reforest Woodhaven along with remembering all those lost loved ones who truly enjoyed Woodhaven.
Much like the Memorial Bench program, we will be offering options for location of trees. There are predetermined areas, depending on the type of tree you choose. Your purchase of a memorial tree will also include a staked plaque to commemorate your loved one. Participants in this program are welcomed and encouraged to assist with care and maintenance of your tree, such as watering, pulling weeds, or pruning broken branches. Please note – no additional “keepsakes” will be allowed to be placed around Memorial Trees.
Location Option 1: Northwest trail of Pine Lake.
• This option will be dedicated as the “Memorial Trail.” This location will offer ornamental/flowering trees to create beautiful views while walking along the trail.
Location Option 2: Common Area Reforestation
• This option includes 3 potential locations; however these locations will be in common areas and only allow for hard wood varieties such as oaks and maples. The locations will be designated areas in Sec 29, Mikes Pond in section 6, and Section 8/Section 9 improved trail. These options are designed to help reforest Woodhaven in areas that have been devastated by the tornados.
Our first installation of Memorial Trees will be planted late fall/early winter of this year. In order to participate in this round, orders must be placed by Monday, September 2.
For order forms and more information, please contact Nicci or Kinsey at the Association Office (815-849-5209). This information will also be published on the website and the Woodhaven News!

We have received a few questions pertaining to paying assessments through the Woodhaven Lakes app. Here’s a quick “how-to” to navigate through the payment portal when using the app.
A few quick notes:
-you DO NOT have to register an account through the “Owners” button/Members page of the website, the payment portal is separate from our website registration/log in
-you DO NOT have to register an account through the portal, you may “check out” as a guest
-the convenience fee for credit/debit cards and e-checks are the same on the website as they are for phone payments: credit/debit = 3.25% | e-check/check over the phone = ½% + $0.35
-the portal will calculate this for you, but if you’d like to know the fee before entering the information: If you are making a $100 payment by card> 100.00 x 0.0325 = $3.25 fee
if you are making a $100 payment by check> 100.00 x 0.005 = $0.50, plus $0.35 = $0.85 fee
**mailed checks, or checks written in person do NOT carry a fee, only e-checks or over the phone checks

Take a ride out to Woodhaven and pay in person!
This is a ridiculously high fee. Especially for ACH. Credit cards I can see. I hope you are giving a grace period for mail checks because our town you never know if the mail will be picked up.
We'll be mailing ours.
IMO This app at 1st glance looks shady and unprofessional. And charging a service fee for an e-check. Really? Next time everyone should send a check, won't get any service fee for all the extra work.
